This project required the part demolition of the existing bakery and the construction of 3 No. flats with off road parking. This was constructed using a timber frame internal structure with traditional concrete block and roughcast exterior skin to give a better U-value (insulation value). We also incorporated the use of Velux solar panels and thermal stores to provide an energy efficient hot water system. All residents have praised the craftmanship and attention to detail in the property.

This project required the removal of the existing flat roof structure and the addition of a second floor. A total re-wire, new plumbing and heating and all associated works were carried out. As you can see, a stunning property was achieved.

This started out as a derelict pub and stables and was subsequently converted to 4 flats with offroad parking. This incorporated the use of a propriatory soundproofing system to all floors with great success. All residents have praised the craftmanship and quality of the finish.
